There is a full Olympic-sized dressage arena with firm footing, a round pen for working your horse(s), and paddocks with weather shelters. A 4-acre section has been used for producing hay in the field, a 16'x60' equipment shed with additional hay storage (room for 400 bales), and moveable gating to allow for temporary sheltering of refugee horses from storm areas. There is a 30'x36' metal shop building with power and water (cold only) with washer and dryer for laundering your horse blankets. It also has 2 large overhead garage doors.
